Q&A: What Project and Task Management System Programs are out there that can be loaded on a webserver?

Currently I have tested a task management system through a Joomla system, which worked well. I realized that there are companies out there that can provide a system through its own server and you pay a monthly fee. I was wondering if you can buy programs that are installed on each users (managers) the computer and can connect to a central web server. This would allow all tasks, accounts, projects, contacts, etc. that everyones update the program through the web server. All this would be used for small business. Does this exist? Yes, it seems that software is something TimeMaker sought. Can be installed on the server or the server can use TimeMaker. And customers will be installed on each user’s computer that is connected through this software TimeMaker servidor.Yo over a year and is really good.
