These people tend to see the organization and planning as a priority, as an essential element before the real journey can begin. It is difficult to guess which group gets its work on time!

As is often the case, this improvement was the specification of real-world client “I would like to assign tasks to my team at the start of the day and then I’d like a e-mail alert who sent me as soon as each task. “So when I’m out of the office that I would hear my Blackberry ping all day.”
