Question by Omar S:How do you account for the random tasks in Project Professional 2007?
I am using to plan Project pro 2007 our current projects. There are certain processes that are activated when something happens in the project (such as cooking of change in the management process to fill a request for change). How I can represent these tasks in a project? You can not put in a certain stage and they can not have estimates of time, depending on the situation. Anyone find a way to deal with this? This depends on the project, how to cope with problems and risks, and how this relates to the contingency (time and money). If there is a level mapping for a change in estimate, then you can reflect that in your plan. Any area that carries a high risk of change should lead to a greater proportion of the contingency, either as false TBD tasks change as a float. Change itself is a change in the field of application and therefore the plan. In the process of change management would conduct a “what if” to assess the impact of change. This is included in the submission to the decision to accept change, then it is contained in the plan if the change is approved.
